Terms of Use

This is a general template, provided for a simulated platform, and is not a substitute for legal review before any commercial launch.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using ApexSim, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Simulated service only — no real trading

ApexSim is a simulated trading challenge platform. All balances, trades, profit, and loss shown on the platform are entirely fictitious. You never deposit trading capital, and no order you place is ever sent to Binance or any exchange — Binance is used strictly as a market-data source for pricing simulated trades.

Passing a challenge does not guarantee employment, funding, compensation, or access to real capital. Passed accounts enter a manual review queue and are evaluated by a person before any next step.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

The following are not permitted on any challenge account:

  • Copy trading or coordinating trades across multiple accounts.
  • Latency or arbitrage strategies exploiting the market-data feed.
  • Holding open positions through the weekend restriction window.
  • Attempting to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or abuse the platform or its market-data/trading infrastructure.

Violating these rules may result in a challenge being failed or an account being suspended.

5. Fees and payments

Challenge fees are one-time payments processed through our payment provider at checkout. Challenge access is activated only once payment is verified server-side. ApexSim does not accept real-money deposits, withdrawals, or ongoing trading capital of any kind.

6. Intellectual property

The ApexSim platform, its design, and its content are owned by ApexSim or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any part of the platform without permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Market data is sourced from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or interrupted; ApexSim does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ApexSim is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any reliance on simulated results.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate a challenge account for a violation of these terms, including a breach of the acceptable-use rules or the challenge's own trading rules (loss limits, consistency, risk per trade).

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
